Shipping policy

RTS items and Sublimation transfers will ship within 3 business days of order (not including weekends or holidays). Custom and made to order items (not ready to sell) will ship within 7-14 business days (not including weekends or holidays) depending on in-stock supply availability. If item is needed sooner, please email me to see if a rush order is possible (for an additional fee.) Packages are usually shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Once package is in the hands of the postal service, delays and delivery times are out of our control. If you need fast shipping or would like shipping via another shipping service, please contact us. Tracking is included in shipping fee. Package insurance is available via Route. Insurance should be added to your order at time of purchase. If insurance is declined, Ash Street Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you need to file a claim, please file directly with Route at claims.route.com. You will need your order number and email address used at time of purchase.
