1. What is Route and why is it automatically in my cart?

Route is a shipment protection plan that will protect your purchase incase it is lost or damage during shipping. To file a claim with route, please click here. You will need the email you used during checkout and your order number. Note: Route will refund the cost of the item(s) alone. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

2. Am I required to purchase Route protection?

No, Route is not a requirement. You may remove the Route protection from your cart before checking out. However, if you do not purchase the protection and your shipment is lost or damaged, you will not be reimbursed and Ash Street Designs is not responsible for the replacement or refund of your purchase.

5. If I don't purchase Route protection, will I still get a tracking number?

Yes, even without Route protection your order will still have a tracking number once it is shipped, you just won't have the package protection. You will be emailed with this tracking number.

4. I ordered boutique items as well as sublimation prints which totaled over $75.       Why didn't I receive free shipping?

Boutique Items are a different shipping rate as the sublimation prints so they will be shipped separately and therefore have two different shipping requirements. 

5. My sublimation prints didn't turn out as I expected. Can I get a refund?

All terms are listed on the description of the sublimation prints and by purchasing you agree to those terms. If you have an issue with the prints, please reach out to us to see if we can troubleshoot the issue, but refunds will not be issued for sublimation prints.
