Digital Designs

Digital designs are created at 300 dpi. Digitals are not to be shared, sold, given away or altered for any reason. Do not copy, trace or replicate any designs or clipart. Transfer license is required to print and sell any type of transfer, printed vinyl or stickers (not limited to stickers, sublimation, DTF, screen prints, white toner, eco solvent, UV, etc.) License is not needed to sell finished items (shirts, tumblers, etc) with the design. Printing must be done in house, no print on demand or third party printing. Anyone found not to be following these guidelines will be banned from any social media groups, website and drives, no warning and without refund.

Due to the digital nature of the item, no refund will be given for digital items, no exceptions.

Seamless Files - Seamless files may be used to create other items or printed as is. Seamless files can be used to create alpha sets and engagement graphics and sold as digital as long as over 50% of the file is layered with other elements. They can only be used to make tumbler wraps if the wrap is being used on a physical item, not to be resold as a digital.

Clipart - Clipart and Elements may be used to create new digital designs to sell commercially. Clipart must be layered with other elements and less than 50% of the new design.

Current Turn Around Time

Please see announcement on home page for current turn around times. Times may change periodically based on current volume. All vacation and non TAT times will also be posted on the home page. Weekends and holidays do not count towards TAT as well as any posted vacation days.

Shipping
Once item is shipped you will be notified with a tracking number. Once item is shipped, delays and damages are out of our control and we are not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. If Route protection was purchased, please contact Route to file a claim if an issue has arised. Claims may be filed at claims.route.com. You will need your order number and email address used to make the purchase.
If you choose not to purchase the Route protection, Ash Street Designs is not responsible if the package is lost or damage during shipping or stolen upon delivery.

It is our policy not to pre-print shipping labels for our orders so you can be assured that if you have been notified with a shipping/tracking number, then your package is complete and awaiting to be scanned by the shipping provider. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking number to update (or slightly longer during high traffic shipping times.)


Returns/Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the items, no refunds are given for any reason. Please make sure you have the knowledge and proper equipment to use these digitals.
